I am 50 years old, I work in the financial sector and I am therefore sensitive to various investments and in particular real estate.
How did you find out about Foxstone and crowdfunding ?
I discovered Foxstone in an article in Le Temps magazine. I then came to meet the team members during a presentation (seminar).
What were the key criteria for your investment?
What I like about the Foxstone concept is that it’s very tangible. I see the buildings that I have invested in. They are located in Switzerland and I am lucky enough to have invested in a building in Lausanne. I drive by it regularly and I’m proud to say to myself every time that I own a piece of that property.
The other important criterion was the security of my investment but also the turnkey service in terms of the management of the property.

What results did you obtain with Foxstone?
The purpose of my investment was to invest my money and get a quarterly return. The returns I receive from this investment allow me to pay part of my rent.
