Introduce yourself briefly?

I am 26 years old, I live in Valais. I work for an insurance company as a consultant and I am also training to become a financial consultant.

Did you know about real estate crowdfunding before Foxstone?

I had briefly heard about the concept of real estate crowdfunding but I was still young to be interested. I admit that it was the real estate side that attracted me more than the crowdfunding.

How did you find out about Foxstone?

Foxstone was recommended to me by a family member. I especially liked the return on investment aspect, I wanted to make my money work for me without too high risk.

I invested in two buildings in Lausanne. For the first one, I don’t hide the fact that I had some apprehensions. Indeed, it was my first savings and it was only the second building you were selling. But afterwards, I was reassured and very satisfied with the way everything went.

What were the key criteria for your investment?

It was essential for me to be able to keep that money available. Indirectly, by investing in a stable market I knew that my money was safe and that if I needed liquidity I could contact Foxstone to quickly sell my units and get my funds back.

I am delighted with my experience with Foxstone. So much so that I invested in a second building last year. As one of the first investors, I am proud to have believed in the Foxstone project from the beginning.

Would you be willing to recommend Foxstone to others?

It’s already done! I love talking about Foxstone, which I regularly recommend to people around me.

Are you pleased with the result ?

Yes, the current health situation could have been dramatic for me if I had made an individual investment. The fact that there are several co-owners on the same property has limited the decline and the risk of financial loss.
