Introduce yourself briefly?
I am a freelance photographer in the cultural field and I also have commercial clients.
How did you discover Foxstone and real estate crowdfunding?
I found out about Foxstone through a newspaper article. Having some savings I decided to invest that money with Foxstone.
I had heard about the concept of real estate crowdfunding through a company that competes with yours. However, when I compared the offers, I decided without hesitation to turn to you.

What were the important criteria before considering your first investment?
The criteria that motivated my investment are above all the fact that you offer investments from CHF 25’000. I find that this is an affordable amount.

What did you think of your exchanges with our collaborators and the Foxstone process?
After several telephone exchanges with your collaborator Hugo, I understood that your platform is very functional and that in only a few clicks I would be the owner of a part of the building located in Moudon. More than a year after my investment, I notice that the reports are always very concise and simple to understand. Indeed, I am aware of everything that happens in the condominium.
Do you have anything to add?
In summary, I have only one question… When is your next sale? I would love to invest in Foxstone again and look forward to a new listing.
