Second building in Moudon put up for sale in crowdfunding real estate
A new residential building located in the commune of Moudon (Vaud), is available in real estate crowdfunding on our platform, for a transaction amount of CHF 2.35 million. The expected net return on equity amounts to 6.17%. This is our second offer in the municipality of Moudon after the great success of the first offer, which was largely oversubscribed, at the end of 2019.

Located in a recent and quiet residential neighborhood just a stone’s throw from the medieval old town of Moudon, the two-story building comprises 7 two-and-a-half room apartments with terraces for a living area of approximately 381 sq.m, a laundry room and cellars in the basement. It is also equipped with an elevator.
The acquisition will be financed 33.34% by the investors’ equity and 66.66% by a mortgage loan provided by Banque Raiffeisen Lausanne.
This is the sixth property that we are putting up for sale in the canton of Vaud and the second in the commune of Moudon, allowing us to satisfy the strong demand encountered when the first property in the same commune was sold in November 2019.
