Alexia Sintzoff, Asset Manager.
Can you tell us a bit about your background and why you chose to join Foxstone?
With a degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Hotel Management, I have several years of experience in real estate asset management in Switzerland, particularly in the hotel and residential sectors. I was mainly in charge of managing portfolios of real estate assets held directly by various pension funds or by private clients.
I met a member of the Foxstone team by chance at the very beginning of their launch. I immediately believed in the project and subsequently attended several conferences on the subject. It was therefore a logical next step in my career path to join a fast-growing company that is helping to democratise real estate.
What will be your role at Foxstone?
I am responsible for monitoring and analysing the financial results of the properties held in co-ownership by the investors represented by Foxstone.
Among other things, I am responsible for steering the management companies in order to maintain a constructive collaboration while respecting the real estate strategy defined over the long term. The objective is to increase the rental income of the buildings while controlling the costs associated with their management. I represent and promote the interests of the co-owners.
Why did you choose to work in asset management?
Real estate is a sustainable asset class. Asset management combines the financial aspect of real estate with an operational view of the sector. The objective is to include the various stakeholders in order to implement and respect the real estate strategy defined at the time of acquisition of the buildings.
The entire Foxstone team is looking forward to this new collaboration and wishes it every success!
